Ms. Lois Hardacker, a resident of Knowlton, is the happy winner of the eighteenth edition of the BMP Foundation car raffle.
The winning ticket, no 13078, was drawn by Mr. Bruno Petrucci, Director General, CSSS La Pommeraie and was sold by Helen Davis of West-Brome.
Ms. Hardacker is entitled to a credit of $25,000 towards the purchase of a new car from one of the seven participating car dealers, or the sum of $20,000 in cash. |

Ms. Louise Gélinas of Frelighsburg - no. 14314, worth $2,000
Mr. Jacquelin Éloquin of Verdun - no. 13828, worth $1,000
Ms. Brigitte Therrien of Cowansville - no. 16969, worth $1,000
Ms. Maria Rumsby of Brome - no. 08059, worth $1,000.
All profits from this year’s Car Draw will be used to support the Foundation’s commitment of $500,000 towards the purchase of a modern new CT scan, ensuring higher resolution imagery, and greater diagnostic capability, speed and user comfort.
The BMP Hospital Foundation thanks the seven Cowansville automobile dealers (Rocheleau Chevrolet, Bessette Automobile, Cowansville Mazda, Cowansville Toyota, Cowansville Nissan, Deragon Ford/Lincoln, and Deragon Honda) who once again graciously provided the free use of vehicles throughout the summer months.
The Foundation also salutes its media partners this year: Radio Station M105, Le Guide, The Brome County News and Kindo Communciation.
Thanks also go to the many volunteers, friends and hospital employees who invested countless hours selling tickets on behalf of the Foundation; to the many businesses and events throughout the summer who provided important venues for its vendors; and above all, to its numerous friends throughout Brome-Missisquoi who have once again supported the Foundation so generously.
